    Wheat cue... GREAT FIND!!

Originally Eddie thought it might be one that was stolen but then he remembered who he sold it to. I could see in his face that he did not like that the cue ended up in a pawn shop but said the original owner probably pawned it because 'they' did not play that much pool. When he originally told...

    Wheat cue... GREAT FIND!!

What is the best deal you ever found on a cue? Around 2-3 years ago I stopped into a pawn shop and found a Joss j2800 and paid 65 bucks for it. Joss valued it at 500 bucks. But here may be the find of a lifetime... I walked into a pawn shop 2 days ago and dug around in their "cue bucket"...

    Blackjack Lessons

Spent a couple of hours with Blackjack yesterday. Most of what he said made sense. (Don't laugh at the obviousness of the next statement) My game usually consists of being one shot away from a runout mostly because of position. (insert duh here). He pointed out that my stance was not comfortable...

Seminole Pro Tour Update - Strokers

Why wasn't Players in melbourne included in the tour this year? It was nice to have some great players (no pun intended) in the area when the tour would stop there. It will be missed. JV

So now that you all are going to be getting 600 bucks from the gov for your rebate you think the cue market will rebound for a little bit? That is what I am going to spend my money on. JV

Before the Hustler there was... "Goodbye Johnny"

I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't the fuel for the hustler. I see a lot of similarities. Now if we could just get our hands on "The Player", Minnisota Fats 1970's movie, that would be cool!

    Well, Well, Well

I think it was a great deal.. Im just an impatient person. It's funny, I can wait forever looking for a good deal but as soon as I put my money down on it I want it yesterday. I think that is why I have never had a custom cue made. Waiting 6 months to a year after putting the cash down on it...
