I was being sarcastic, and showing how ridiculous the claim was, that a warranty was void after chalking a cue.

It's actually kinda funny, if you think about it.
"We make cues, for you to play pool. We have a warranty on our cues, so you can play pool. If you use our cues to play pool, the warranty is null-and-void."

I've named this cue "Scarface," for what I assume are obvious reasons. Clearly, the sugar marks have no impact on play...and in my most humble opinion, makes this one DEFINITELY unique. A 1-of-1, if you will. 😉
