I highly recommend Proficient Billiards. They just turned around a full refinish for me in less than a week and did an awesome job. Not the cheapest but their work is outstanding and turn around time very reasonable. Days, not weeks.

Everything I sent to Proficient came back more quickly than expected. The work was excellent. I thought the prices (over 15 years ago) were ridiculously low. I have never read or heard any negative comments about them,

Proficient is the place to use. Only criticism is he ships in a USPS triangle box. That made me nervous. I prefer the thick rigid tube Seybert’s uses.

That's what I did. They returned my cue in the same tube I shipped it to them in.

I shipped a rigid tube to Proficient and got a triangle mailer back. Not complaining or flaming …. Just saying how it might go. Request the thick tube be used for return and pay extra if need be.
