    65 Ball Run

Nice run Mike, but more importantly you nailed the music... You kinda took that last shot for granted, I wish I had a nickle for every time I've done that.

Yeah, Diamonds are tough for straight pool. When I play on one I take a little extra time on most shots and shy away for the long ones up in the corner pockets. I tend to not play the correct pattern just because I don't want to take a chance on missing a shot that I would probably make on a...

    Cleaning Your Felt

This is exactly what I do. I change cloth about once a year and there is never any chalk dust under it when it is pulled up to replace.

It's Tournament Blue, the cloth was a little over a year old at the time of the photo and maybe the picture quality is a little off. Just changed it about 2 months ago.

Not Sure If I Ever Posted This, just 35 balls !

Nice run Steve, you did way more things right than you did wrong. The main thing you did wrong was count. looks like it was 36 not 35, lol. Bill

I keep the room at 72 degrees, when John comes over he keeps it at about 68. I usually wear a sweat shirt while he is playing, lol.

This run was definitely not text book straight pool, I got out of line numerous times and had to improvise to get to the breakshot. I guess some days are like that. http://vimeo.com/10665460

    80 ball run in 20.1

Kinda hard to rate because I did it on my 3rd try. Like StraightMan said, harder to run balls but less breakshots to reach a high number. A big run in 20.1 needs some luck, if I don't get that 4 ball combination in the second rack the run is over. I would probably rate it about a push, just...

    80 ball run in 20.1

I know what you mean, that will be my first and last attempt at that game. I'm sticking to 14 balls on the table from now on. Post that 65 when you get a chance, I like the way you run balls, easy to watch. You play the game the way it is supposed to be played. Bill

    80 ball run in 20.1

I ran 57 in 14.1, went to dinner and when I came back I tried some 20.1. Ran 26 first attempt, 21 second attempt, I was pretty mentally drained by now but I decided to try one more inning and ended up missing a steep angle breakshot after running 80. Pros: Helps you stay focused throughout...

Finally! The elusive "100" on a diamond.

Bernie I guess you have been away from the forum for awhile. John ran 239 and the very next day ran 294 on a Diamond, both on video. We are going to due a voice over soon and the DVD will be available. Again, great run. Bill
