Not sure where you can get them but you should be able to make them yourself pretty cheap. You could use a piece of dowel or string and just get those plastic golf balls.

These smoking threads amaze me. You have not been allowed to smoke inside a public building in Ontario for years now. Maybe all the non-smokers should come up to Canada, we could use the extra tournament entries. :thumbup:

One more question, what time do I need to be at Strokers on the 4th?

Our handicap is (total balls) / (total games). You get 10 balls for a win and 1 for every ball you sink in a loss. My current handicap 443/60=7.38. I have 33 wins and 27 losses.

I play in the VNEA pleague in Sarnia under DMD Amusements (Elio D'Andrea). I am currently a 7.3 in that league. My TRS for the London (Old Hamilton) tournament is a 70. Let me know if you need more info, most of the guys from Sarnia know me and could tell you how I shoot.

Before the start of our league season we always have a team meeting. Teams are recommended to show but attendance is optional. Any new rules or changes in game format are presented and voted on. If you don't show, you don't get to vote.

This tournament is for 5's and lower. How do I know where I stand?, wouldn't mind coming to the event at Strokers.

To be honest I really have no idea. The tournament is being run by Steve Archer, you would have to ask him. Being that my odds of winning are so slim the thought didn't really cross my mind.

My favorite place to go after the pool hall closed was always back to my house. The beer fridge was always full and we can keep playing pool on my table in the basement. Many times we wondered why we started at the pool hall in the first place.
