Corey Deuel's famous draw shot, and other options

No, it wasn't. This was at the US Open, Chesapeake Conv Ctr around 2003 or 2004? I can't remember exactly, but I believe this was from a Tues or Wed match? *Edit-Oops, misread. * Dave, it looks like your object ball should be another 2 inches (approx) towards the center of the table...

Ralph Eckert is in the US and ready to teach!! (Posting for Mr Eckert)

Not to mention, he's a 400+ ball runner. Ralph had a booth at the SBE, where he was mic'd up and giving public instructional sessions. He has a calm demeanor and good delivery. Eric

    Efren vs Ko Pin-Yi

I think we all agree this is hte most likely scenario. If anything, I was just telling you what the commentator said. Eric

    Efren vs Ko Pin-Yi

I just watched the vid. According to the commentators, they thought it was a double hit on the cb when Ko was pushing. On the replay, the same commentator felt the double hit was clear (although, i couldnt see it). Then again, im blind in one eye and dont hear well with the other one... Eric

The 9-Ball Break- How much luck is involved?

Im pretty sure it was more than 70 something breaks. For that matter, Donny won 83 or so games? Eric

The 9-Ball Break- How much luck is involved?

I always felt that the 9 ball rack was easy to rig and having certain balls going to certain spots, somewhat consistantly. I just never knew how much the 9 ball rack/break could be controlled until i watched Donny Mills at work. On a non tapped in, non template, cloth, its possible to break...

    Us open pics needed

Ra, I got a bunch, from over the years. I've had a front row seat for many years (although I didn't go last year) and will have to go through my pics. What poses do you want (of the champs)? Maybe the one's with them holding the trophy? Eric

    The "Skinny"

Time catches up to everyone. You can't take life too seriously, no one gets out alive, anyway. From what I've seen, Efren may be the most well rounded and diverse skilled poolplayer in modern times. Except for the break, who kicks, banks, thin-cuts balls, plays position better than Efren did...

how do you carry you cues on a motorcycle ?

Nice piece (the KSG). Personally, I like to run a compact VFG. It doesn't add any bulk and makes it handle better, IMO. Eric

how do you carry you cues on a motorcycle ?

I'm not exactly a little guy but with a small case, I can ride for days and not know it's there. The only thing I worry about with the bigger cases is that with the extra weight and wind pulling on the case strap, over time, might cause your cues to get dropped off at an unexpected location...

how do you carry you cues on a motorcycle ?

It aint that hard. Just use a smaller cue case with a strap. Throw it over your back like an arrow quiver. I mentioned a smaller case i.e. a 1x2 or 2x2 at most. Hopefully, some genius doesnt try this with his 12x24 roller case. Eric

You forgot... Peter "Sneaky Peter/Sneaky Pete" Lieberman also ran for political office. He lost the general election to Tricky Dick, I believe. Eric
