Open invitation to all so called one pocket champions $$$$$$$

We would have to adjust. 15-4 and the breaks, might be more inline for that. Eric

Damn, bro. That challenge is like asking Mike Tyson to a fight but he can only use his chin. Eric

Where do you want to be in 5 years?

No doubt. In my opinion, it takes twice the work to go from B to A (vs C to B). I'm just saying that Sam Lambert first picked up a cue July 2015, then was playing B speed by October 2015. You would think with that enormous talent, that he'd be much better, now. It doesn't look like he...

Where do you want to be in 5 years?

But, isn't "changing" and "settling" what happened the first 2-3 months of when you started playing? you know, when you went from banger to B speed? I kinda thought you'd be playing at a much higher level by now... Eric

Where do you want to be in 5 years?

Better practice harder. I mean, you went from picking up a cue, to "B" speed in under 3 months, then...haven't progressed much in the last 5 months! I hope you haven't plateaued. Eric

    Dirty Pool

I'm in the same boat as you. I have my work life, which pays the bills and then I have my other life, which is who I am. I think Pool seems to get a lot of ppl in similar situations. It is, what it is. Eric

Dennis vs. SVB Full Story- Truth From the Inside

Yeah, that doc looks more like the boilerplate forms you buy from Office Depot and you fill in the blanks. As far as having a notary public stamp it, that means little more than both parties proved their identities and actually signed that document. That's pretty much the extent of the...

    Mr. Olinger

I prefer " Chris Taté ", haha. No doubt, Bill is one of the best in Pool. I enjoy his commentary too. Eric

    Any GOOD Commentators?

As you know, "professional" means ppl are paid to do it and they do it as an occupation. And, Pool being what Pool is, it's more like open mic karaeoke commentating, lol. One commentator that wasn't mentioned was Jerry Forsythe. I've always enjoyed his work. Eric

Break Stats -- Orcollo vs. Ko P-Y 10-Ball Challenge Match, January 2016

I disagree; the break is huge in 10 ball. Then again, so are missed shots. Ko missed a lot (~50% more times) then Dennis. Excluding the misses, Ko out broke and out ran racks. If he cut his unforced errors down, day 3 would have been like Custers last stand (in favor of Ko). On a side note...

Dennis vs Ko, race to 100, 20K.

Agreed. The thing I like about SVB's break is that he controls the 1 ball better. SVB will break for long strings of racks where the 1 ball dies near the top corner pocket. Eric

I don't have more to add, other than Creedo's post says it all. I'm going back to removing the icepick from my ear. Eric

    Kevin Harts' brother?

Yep, true story. Rob goes by "Forty" and plays tournaments in the Northeast. Easy going, laid back guy. He's also a competitive video gamer and does well in competitions. Eric

    Shampoo for Simonis?

I've done this for years: 1. Vacuum with the beater brush 2. Spray spots with a 25/75 warm water and Woolite mix. 3. Wipe with microfiber towel that is wetted and wrung out from a two gallon bucket of warm water + 1 rock glass of Woolite. So far, no damage to the cloth and i never drank out of...

10-ball may be hurting pool in America

Stu, i think you are forgetting what it was like with 9 ball when the one ball is racked on the spot and they use the magic rack (or the balls were tapped in). Basically, every ball was just as predictable PLUS you could hit the rack at "stop shot speed". If anything, with 10 ball, you still...
