    Can someone decipher this?

Right except. In 1987 Westinghouse drafted and signed a letter of intent to buy a company I owned. At that time I had developed a product and sold to primarily nuclear power plants. Because they were unable to compete with me at that time (only in this product line) their interests was to buy...

Letter From Renee Sigel Regarding Mark Trainer

Haven't spent much time here lately and boy has stuff hit the fan. IMO based upon others that know Mike well and what I have read in the past, Mike has always had a dream to see pool players get their recognition. I hope this happens and also for the many non-pro players who compete and have...

Who makes the best balls ?

I often wondered about it, that is how much friction from the felt and friction from the balls colliding is the cause. The CB does roll and get spun much more than any other ball. Thanks for the post.

Who makes the best balls ?

Fact, all of the Aramith Pro balls in our pool room have a cue ball that is smaller than the object balls. If this is due to wear then my question becomes, do the automatic ball cleaners speed up the wear? Would make sense.

Who makes the best balls ?

It is very possible that Brunswick has their own specifications to manufacturing, this is not uncommon. They may have also had Saluc sign a document stating that once they give them their manufacturing specs, Saluc can not use to make their own. Who knows just maybe this is the case because so...

Kicking And Banking By Feel Vs System

I tend to agree about feel developed through practice as you stated. Each table and condition cause the ball to play a bit different on banks, when more than one rail it is more pronounced. I do use the diamond system once in a while just to see how the table is playing then go to visualizing...

post office is a joke...your opinion please

If it is hazardous /flammable material it must be sent MSDS which is ground transportation. She may have misunderstood you? If not, then next day should not be a problem with the PO. I have sent 80 lb packages overnight via PO w/o problems. I have also sent 2 day to Philippines w/o problem.

For cue makers-Dupont formulated wax for wood cues

This product is new and does not replace SlipStic Conditioner. I imagine you are referring to the Conditioner which has now been available for a little over one year. That product, unlike other products does not mix with moistures and does not break down, it actually improves with use as other...

For cue makers-Dupont formulated wax for wood cues

Just received a PM about SlipStic Conditioner. If you already wax your cue, you can still use SlipStic Conditioner. Many use the sealer and then apply the Conditioner. Players use SlipStic Conditioner to give it the cuesmith new feel. It is slicker than wax and tested much slicker than other...

For cue makers-Dupont formulated wax for wood cues

We have been testing our newest wax substitute formulation from DuPont. after 4 months. Tim Scruggs has used it and likes it. He or someone from his shop will be posting sometime soon. I will be getting some off to Mike Webb also. Our requirements were quite clear in this formulation and in...

    Answer to sticky hands?

If you have clean hands and use nothing on your cue shaft you should be reasonably fine. Moisture is the biggest problem, add the shaft stuff and you now have gunk. They all break down as soon as you start stroking your cue shaft. The test is to put some of the shaft stuff on your hands and let...

    Tamiko Kumatori..anybody know her

Very nice person. I was playing her the night before Turning Stone to give her some practice. She makes some nice shots, knows what she is doing in position play and she is very motivated to learn and play well. She advanced quickly from where she was 4 years ago. If you see her, tell her I...

    Aiming System revisted

Everyone aims or otherwise you will miss most shots. How you aim is your aiming system. When in a zone, your aiming is in autopilot. As mentioned earlier, aiming is motionless and deals with what you intend to do to make the shot. Feel is used when executing your shot. Two different things here.

    Going to See the Monk

Yes and I do just that when first at the table. I was never told to do it but found out that it helps keep my stroke straighter while warming up. The grip loosens up as I play as it is suppose to. It sure gets me in stroke faster doing it this way. Since starting this I have found that it no...

    Aiming System revisted

Yes and I believe Colin said it with the "Delivery" being IJ. A system deals with accuracy, no maybes here or otherwise it's not a good system, SYSTEM= aiming and is fixed. FEEL = Delivery of the CB. It is feel that allows us to stroke the cue ball to make the system work, to gain position...
