Well that's where the issue lied. We we're playing one game for $100 on a bar box. I gave him the break and BIH. He broke and jumped the cue ball off the table. Of course with him getting the break, even if he doesn't make a ball, he still gets BIH. I never thought to preface the spot if he...

What about giving someone the break and BIH as his spot, but he scratches on the break? (Playing 9 ball) Does he still get BIH or is it now the person who is giving the spot, turn to shoot?

Something about a shoulder injury I believe. He could no longer shoot comfortably with his right hand, so he switched.
