Then it does apply because if he missed the meeting he should have made a point of finding out what the rules were before beginning play.

Sorry to have taken up so much of your valuable time rather than reading through 22 pages in the other thread.

Here is the real question that needs to be asked. Was there a players meeting where the rules were explicitly explained to all the players? In an international event, is it up to the tournament director to provide written rules in a players native language or to make sure that foreign...

The one thing I take away from the Mosconi Cup every year is that Matchroom knows how to properly produce a pool event.

From what Randy told me, the M22 is engineered the same as a Brumhandl which average 15oz whereas the M22 averages 19oz and obviously the M-22 has a little more decoration :thumbup:
