I have a like new condition Revo wvp 12.9 for trade. I got the shaft new and probably hit 100 balls with it, original tip in like new condition. Just not for me! Comes with pouch and all accessories as new. Shaft is Radial and tapped to fit 3/8-10 as well...will fit either without issue...

Yes both natural linen, will darken over time. If you mean the part around the weight bolt? It's framed with alves.
