I think many cuemakers value their time too much. In pretty much the same amount of time would you rather spend it making a $30 jp or a $200 shaft?;) I'd rather refer jp request to someone who does it full time like Baxter or Alton...they appreciate the business.

Here is a cue I just finished for my friend & Az'er David W. I cherry picked him this rosewood blank as its extremely dense & all the points are even & very sharp. Some of you eagle eye AZ'ers will notice this cue has some race tricks...I even did a partial core of the nose to achieve the hit...

Correct...without the shaft. This lacewood is much more dense that any I've seen before.

Greg buddy sorry to hear you've been sick. Pneumonia is nothing to take lightly. It killed a guy here who was only 50 something & in seemingly good health. My buddy is fighting it now for a couple months at least. His Dr. told him to take a Mucinex daily just to help combat a...

SOLD. Here is a used but extremely nice little fullsplice. This is an Alves into maple fullsplice that simply hits like a dream. The cue was owned by a quality player that took great care of it...both the shaft & butt are dent free & smooth like new. I just took the cue in on trade tonight...

If this is the same 1999 model...you are welcome to use my pics from the other thread. Nice clean cue. If you'd like, I'd be happy to post the pics here for you.:smile:

Clean work Mr. Owen. I like the contrast & then how the wrap draws the cue together. Best part for me is no ringwork which just lets the beautiful woods make the statement. Absolutely screams "players" cue. :smile:
