Low deflection shafts are total B.S., take hard maple shaft 13mm and drop the tip at around 12mm in the last 6 inches. You will never put english and draw shot as much as solid maple shaft with a low whippy deflection shaft. With a solid maple shaft you don't need to go as much on the cue ball...

And by the way On Cyborg tip jump very very well, I bought a Lucasi jump cue and she came with a phenolic, bs to jump with that, i replaced it with this tip and that jump very easily...

Just to say that after 1 month of solid break the tip broke right in 2 parts, it was just a try, come back with a Taom my best of all time. The hit of Taom is more solid also.
