    How to handle this shot??

When I first read this, I thought the CB would drift uptable. But I practiced the shot last night and you were right. By slightly clipping the rail then the CB, the CB is sent straight across the table and holds its position, without the need for english. I was able to get out 10 times in a...

    How to handle this shot??

That shot was my first inclination as well. When I couldn't make it, I started trying the other shots. I think this is the right shot, I just need to practice it more. Thanks to everyone for the good feedback.

    How to handle this shot??

I couldn't seem to hit it thin enough. On every shot, the 8 would grab the cushion and veer wide of the pocket. I even tried a few times not worrying about leave and just trying to make the 8, I made it once that way but scratched in the side. I have to think the humid/sticky conditions had...

    How to handle this shot??

http://CueTable.com/P/?@2HbFi3ICXm4PJPv@ This shot came up last night while I was practicing. It was humid so the balls and cushions were a little sticky. The 8 is frozen to the rail, and I could not get it to drop. I tried no english, I tried OE and I tried IE, but nothing would work...

My Derby City Trip And Pictures

Nice pics and summary! Thanks for all of your efforts. I wasn't able to watch the stream near as much as I would have liked, but was able to hop on a few times and always enjoyed the action and commentary! One question, will the SVB v Efren or SVB v Busta matches be coming out on DVD?

    A question for John Schmidt

OB2 - What do you think?

I have less than 2 hours of table time with mine so far. It certainly gives a stiffer/more solid hit/feel than the OB-1, despite the smaller diameter. Squirt is quite minimal, as advertised. I still need more practice time with it before I will know if it will replace my standard Josey shaft.
