You said a pool hall in almost every city... Those are all on the northern end (and as you say all in one city). Southern end we have very few choices. Basically Shooters, Farmington billiards, and a bunch of bars. Hardly a hall in every town.

I am pretty sure Jimmy Reid's "No Time for Negative" shows this pretty well. He hit a kick shot off the short rail with top. The cue hits the OB and then spins ever so slightly back to the rail as if it had draw on it.

It appears this is just a listing of bars that might have pool tables in them? How are we to give feedback on listings? I noticed at least one of the listings no longer exists and another near me is a coffee shop (with no tables). There are other bars with tables that are not on the list.

This has been happening for about the last five years. Courses are closing everywhere. Places that I would have to call five days in advance to get a weekend tee time, I can now call the day before or just show up.

If it is a Lotus flower (I am not 100% sure it is), then the case would certainly be marketed towards a Buddhist client. The Lotus flower is a very important symbol in Buddhism. The different colors of the flower refer to different meanings.

Maybe the previous owner was Buddhist? To my untrained eyes, that appears to be a closed lotus plant underneath.
