Round 2 "Clash Of The Titans"

It is at one of the conference rooms at the Lone Star Park Race Track. Very nice set up, well organized and comfortable viewing. The Park also has a couple bars and eateries open to the spectators. I was told that it is comparable to a Vegas setting? Sully and the crew done a spectacular job...

    Rules question please!!

Kickin Chickin, that is it right there. Thanks for locating that rule for us. And yes, we do play under BCAPL rules. It's crazy how a questionable shot or play can come up and not being able to get a ruling on it immediately. Thanks again to all.

    Rules question please!!

Also, Dan B, I was told that an opponent handing you the cue ball is a thing of the past now?? From what I understand, the rules commission wants you to "shoot out" of the bad position by attempting a legal shot or safety.

    Rules question please!!

The incoming shooter moved the 8-ball back and took ball in hand, played another safety and locked up his opponent a 2nd time. This time his opponent got down to shoot one of his opponents balls, not the cue ball, and roll it up against the 8-ball. At that the point the other shooter was...

    Rules question please!!

We are playing under BCA 8-ball rules. A player called a safety shot and left his opponent locked up behind the 8 ball. The opponent intentionally struck the 8 ball with his tip as a shot and pushed the 8 ball against one of his opponents balls. Is the incoming player allowed to move the 8...

Revo Wipes - What's Up With Those?

Revo wipes Predator's website says to use their wipes or rubbing alcohol. I purchased some alcohol wipes from the local Sam's Club. 800 of them for a few dollars, threw a few packs in my pool bag and I'm all set.

    The end of my revo

This is from Predator's web page. REVO 12.4 & 12.9 PLAYING SHAFT TIP REPLACEMENT. REVO Carbon composite shafts have no ferrule. The front end is made up of the Predator V-TEK vault plate, red V-TEK Tip Silencer, and eight-layer Victory Tip. Because the shaft cannot be sanded, replacing the tip...

Is this a Sales Reps Demo cue???

I guess that I'm just use to a cue being symmetrical in its appearance, not 4 different points. I was thinking that maybe they were showing different style points for a custom build???

Is this a Sales Reps Demo cue???

Never seen something like this. All the points are different. Just wondering if anyone has any info on this.

CJ Wiley VS Efren Reyes - June 19, 2018

And to you Patrick Johnson, I don't know how to place the "quote" from your recent post into this thread, but the instruction C. J. gives is not NONSENSE!! I have learned a lot from C. J. and my game has improved by leaps & bounds, and is still improving.

Why do cue tips glaze ?

Leather conditioner (mink oil). Stops leather from drying out. I soak my tip once a month for about 5 minutes or so, dries out in about an hour, holds chalk extremely well, and much less scuffing on the tip.
