    one handed 14.1 video

thanks! thanks Sean! I first tried one handed when I was 15 and found that I had pretty good hand eye coordination. I got fairly good at it after a few years and started playing that way when it started getting tough to match up giving big spots. I gambled with Chris McDonald for about a year...

videos with my sponsor, Kamui Tips

Thanks! Still stuck on 27, but I'm gonna lock myself in a room with the pool table for a few long hours and have a serious talk about upping it.

videos with my sponsor, Kamui Tips

I thought so too, a tip was just a tip and it didn't make any difference. But after trying it out and seeing how quickly my game improved I now know that a tip DOES make a huge difference. Pool is such a difficult game to master that all the little changes and improvements make a bigger...

videos with my sponsor, Kamui Tips

Sorry it didn't suit you, different tips for different folks I guess. I have a super soft and a medium and they've been great so far. Ran a 105 in straight pool a few days after getting them, couldn't do that in 15 years of attempts with any other tips.

Made a video using a tip from my new sponsor, Kamui tips. These tips are unbelievable! I was blown away by what a difference a great tip can make. Here's the link to my new trick shot video. http://www.youtube.com/user/jessejallred#p/a/u/0/scnCt6hQpcc

    one handed 14.1 video

Made a video on vimeo to try it out of some one handed straight pool runs. I was going for a new high run, but didn't quite make it. Here's the link http://www.vimeo.com/13422593 Please let me know of any editing or setup improvements I can make.

    straight pool

Exactly! I myself ran a 684 the first time I ever played 14.1, but knowing that no one would believe it, I pretended it didn't happen. Your post brought back the repressed memory. I'm glad you have reinforced my decision to disregard my 684. phew, relief at last! you're right, that run by...

    105 Ball Run

Thanks! lol it was awesome, my wife walked in and 3 tries later I ran out and I got to get her reaction on tape. PS. Mr. Grasso, I watched your 105 ball run again and it motivated me to go out and try for a new record! Watch out!

    105 Ball Run

lately I've been taking extra time on the break shot. looking at it from all angles, giving yourself time to visualize the contact and rack explosion. Also, try standing back up if any thoughts of the rack enter your mind, the missed break shots for me happen if my mind isnt quiet and the object...

Play The Shot or Play The Run

I go for the safe. Since I have to spot a lot of people in our 14.1 league 90 balls going to 125 I have developed a very cowardly approach to actual games of 14.1. I like to keep the high run for the match under 14 whenever given the slightest opportunity and the risk of missing as close to none...

    One-Handed Behind The Back Runout

next video? What would be more interesting for my next video, a few behind the back 8 ball rack runouts or a 30 ball straight pool run one handed behind the back?

coolness Funny you should mention that! I was just out in my garage running out racks behind the back! LOL I'll give you lessons in exchange for a promise that I will be at least half as goodlooking and well liked as you in 20 years......when i'll be......40....ish.

    Integrity of videotaped runs... Sascha

What would be the point in reaching a goal if it was as easy as cheating. The agonizing journey to the goal is EVERYTHING! If it doesn't demoralize you and break you more than once on your course it isn't a worthy dream. You shortcut the beautiful battle to the top and are left with nothing but...

    Why do you play pool

A few years ago I would have said because of the money, but now it's purely for the love of the game. There are a lot of goals still to accomplish also, running 700 balls might take a few more months...busting SVB, Efren and Mika all in the same night...winning 6 world championships in a...

    Something new and very cool!

gator grip I've got a gator grip and I like how it works a lot better than a tip pick or one of those other gadgets. I was always dangerous with a tip pick. lol. With the gator grip I can shape my tip or rough it up without going overboard.

What kind of tip is best for shooting, jumping and breaking all together ?

Kamui I got a few kamui tips put on a few weeks ago, before that I used whatever the cheapest tip was, don't even know what it was called. I put the super soft on one shaft, and a medium on another shaft and I can't even begin to explain how amazing a difference it made. I ran a 105 a few days...
