I start out with JPEG, but when I crop them Iranview changes them to DMP and the is no JPEG.

There was a thread on how to get the resolution under 19K, but I can not find it. I have put my camera resolution to 640X480, then I crop the image with Iranview. Still cant get them low enough. Any suggestions? Mitch
