The range of bit speed IMO should be at least 25K and no more than 60k. If you are running .010 cutters you would run 60k rpm. I run .031 cutters at 30k and have no issues in material. Hope this helps.

This is why I use an 11 pitch pin. The 10 pitch is on the edge of staying tight IMO. Like Dick said if you reface the joint of the cue, or rough it somehow, it will help the problem.

My standard sizes are .845 Joint and 1.23 butt. Seems like here in Indiana they like the butts thinner than most :)

I still use lepros, but and only but, if they stand the test of smashing them with a hammer on concrete. Look a the back of them, you can tell which ones are bad, crinkled = bad
