Bumper I just put a bumper on my joss west but it was a brown one just like the old balabushka and humbler cues, they are called KU bumpers from Brunswick I think, they definitely fit and look good and if u want one I think there is a guy on AZ that has some to sell, hope this helps Maq

This may be a dumb question but do stitch rings and other ring work count as inlays?

Spain I spoke with Joel Hercek and gave him the original owners name so he could pull the file on it but it turns out all of Burts files from the late 70's have been lost

Cue That's interesting, BTW the shaft pictured is a predator shaft, I didn't have the original with me when I took the pictures. I think this cue is fairly old

Cue I will, thanks. The cue is 5/16 14 pin ,the veneers are orange,red and black, the joint is flat faced

cue you are probably right, the reason I didn't think so is the S in Schon seemed to have a bit more of a curl or a scroll to it but like you said it could have worn off or is the result of a refinish. Thanks Ryan

I bought this cue a while back and I thought it might be a cheap import but now I'm not so sure, the points are nicely done,it's got an old school Bushka brown bumper that screws into the weight bolt, the leather wrap is really done well and the rings are nickel silver, any ideas?

cue I am fairly certain it's not a Schon but who knows I could be wrong
