    History of the X-breaker?

I would have to say;you sir got a great deal. That's a great B/J cue,and you got it at a good price. My Xbreaker has a linen wrap, and the original owner paid more than that for his at the Super Billiard Expo in PA. I got mine for $100,that was owed to me from a lost set.The guy never came back...

    History of the X-breaker?

I don't have any scientific proof that it's G10.The best proof I have was when Paul Fanelli pulled a stick of it out when I was in his shop. If your looking for a B/J tip for your Xbreaker I would use the G10,or if you want a very hard leather tip I recommend a Talisman B/J tip,I recently...

What is your favorite tip on a LD shaft

In my opinion Triangle hard's are the best tip for a Predator shaft.Problem is finding a good one, through out a whole box I may find 5 for me and 5 for friends, and that's a good box!

What is your favorite tip on a LD shaft

I had used hard Triangle tips for years on Predator shafts and like them a lot. Recently tried a medium Water Buffalo Talisman and really like it so far.Plays much like a hard Triangle. It hits hard, but you can feel it bite the cue ball,

Differences Between Break Cues & How To Use Them?

My Xbreaker is also very light and has a very hard leather tip installed in place of the original G10 fiberglass. I just replaced the tip with a Talisman B/J tip, that I got for free with an order of 3 other tips. The tip breaks awesome, although I had to change my timing just a little.I needed to...

    History of the X-breaker?

To the best of my knowledge the 1st & 2nd generation Xbreaker's where all made in Richards shop, and where the best ones. There where problems with the ring work not lining up the Xbreaker logo, and the metal ring work would SOMETIMES pop out.But those where the only problems that I ever heard of...

Differences Between Break Cues & How To Use Them?

I used to use a G10 tip on my Xbreaker and I loved it,hit like a sledge, and jumped like Jordan. I just changed the tip to a layered J/Break tip,now I have no break & can not jump. It will take some time to get used to any new tip leather or plastic tip.On the break shot I feel there really is no...
