Searing Box Cue: My Daily Player

I took a little break from studying for my exams and 'photoshopped' (actually it isn't photoshop) that photograph and these are that I cam up with. I wanted to give it a little bit older look, as if it was from the early '80s, maybe :) Here's all is blunt with the exception of him, the cue and...

Searing Box Cue: My Daily Player

Will, I feel like I should repeat what others have already said about the cue and it's beautiness but instead I'd like to shed light on something else, what hopefully others have noticed as well: the cue looks great on your pictures but it looks like any other brilliant and super sweet cue that...

    Buyer / Seller transaction report

I have just completed a deal with Danny Turner (This is his username here as well). He was a very good buyer, prompt and accurate payment and absolutely no problem with the shipping to him either. I can recommend him for everyone.

new j/ps for the cue maker

These are... beautiful!!!!! If only I had a cue... and if only it had a stainless joint! [hell, maybe I'll get a set of these to look at:)]

    Schon vs. Joss

I definitely wouldn't make it depend on the use of CNC - at all. Take a look at ANY ginacue and say that they could be more elaborate, more nicely built and made... I doubt you'll that, despite the fact that they have been built using CNC. Do the same with a JossWest... all I mentioned is true...

    Schon vs. Joss

Tad Kohara and Ernie Gutierrez have begun building cues sooner than Dan Janes, to answer your question - but, on the other hand, I seriously doubt that a couple of years or even 10 years matter when we are talking about 3-4 decades. As for a Schon vs. a Joss: I have played with an 03 series...

GINACUE. All Ebony, Ivory, and Silver!

DPP, I am 99% sure that ivory butt plates are standard on all Ginacues that are as elaborate as this.

    FS: Predator Hoppe

I have played with one of these and I really liked its hit - probably due to the full splice construction. Best of luck with the sale, Joe.

    New predator special edition 20

For that amount of money I would definitely get something else. Truth to be told my good ole' capone cue was a little bit more expensive than that and played 1,000,000 times better than an SE/LE predator - I have played with an LE11, SE16, SE6 and who knows, maybe some others. NONE of them have...

    It's been too long since a show-your-Ginacue thread :)

Kevin: thank you for the stacked veneer box close-up! I have rechecked DWBOD's box cue that he posted (11C maybe?) and those were mitred. I wonder if Ernie makes boxes both ways presently, or only mitred? Ryan: frankly, it is pretty easy to believe that those two were worth a new home! -despite...

    My new Personal player

Very nice and tasteful color choices! The cue, although sports traditional parts (i.e. 4 points, rings) it still looks very new and modern - kind of new school to me :) Very nice cue!

FS bumberless hoppe davis blank conversion

Using the thicker silver rings at the joint was The Way To Go! For some reason these thicker rings always remind me of one word: Quality! -or as Burton Spain (tutor of John Davis) has put it when referring to Balabushka: The Bedrock of Quality. Superb, clean cue - keep it up!

Chudy Le Femme Rouge (I think)

Beautiful cue, thank you for sharing! I know I have seen this cue somewhere on the net, I clearly remember the cue itself and the drawing as well. I really like Richard's thoughts and comments (Like: 'This shouldn't offend anyone either! :)) Very nice cue! I am almost certain about this but I...

Good Stuff F/S - Cash Offers?

Very nice cues you have there! Only one thing keeps me confused.... What the hell is that Bluegrass still doing here? Great price and these fancy cues of Harris are scarcely coming by. I always wanted to try one and this would be the perfect occasion. If I haven't spent my money on something...

    It's been too long since a show-your-Ginacue thread :)

It's 8:36 am here and what a beautiful morning it is! Firstly, before going into the details I would like to thank you all for sharing what you have, this really is turning into one great thread! Birk1: that is a beautiful cue, I have had no doubt that it is one of a kind! Berny: those...

    It's been too long since a show-your-Ginacue thread :)

Firstly, while I have not gone 101% insane: Too bad I can't rep you for each seperate reply!! Secondly... OK, these are MARVELLOUS!!! Great pictures, either of Ernie and his works! That new, under-construction Spain blank cue is just perfect - and it is so nice to see some extra details of the...
