I heard good things about the onyx tip. Haven't tried one yet but am looking forward to it. If possible, how do you compare it to a kamui soft?

I have a new Kamui blk soft on one of my shafts and I have miscued with it. However I like the play of my Kamui brown soft on my other shaft. Minimal to no miscues. Because the brown tip has more play and has been shaped down, it is a bit harder now. I have also noticed that my draw shots suffer...

I have always used the info at Pooldawg as a reference when buying a new tip. Great info on that site. But I just wish that suppliers would test a tip prior to sending it out so you don't get that "dud". We have all found inconsistencies within the same brand/category. I just want a tip to hit...

Tried a few different tips lately just trying to find the right one. Kamui black ss...too soft. Then went to kamui brown soft and liked it. It mushroomed a little but after shaping, the feel was there. So I got another kamui brown soft for my other shaft and it was soft like my original black...
