A guy I know that has one of those cue repair/retail booth at big tournaments said he was "having his own brand of layered tips made" for him. It instantly struck me as a "Huh?" moment. That would be like having Jacoby make a line of cues for me, me scraping off their logo, putting my logo on...

FYI: don't confuse the 3/8-8 and Radial, they're different animals. The 3/8-8 is the Asian import look-a-like similar to a Radial. Not saying there's anything wrong with the 3/8-8. Just saying make sure you have the right one for the job at hand.
