matt,just north of the base is First state Billiards. 20 tables with 8 being bar boxes. 9 footers are mix of Gabreials and Gold crowns. also has a snooker table. no booze but a small snack bar. got a few video machines. address is Maggies Way dover de 19901. do a google mapquest. any ?'s PM me.

first state billiards in dover de has 4 Gabriels. while i am just a banger i think they play great.
