    flush trimming top of bumpers

Hey guys, I came across a job yesterday where some hack "mechanic" replaced the bumpers on a table and glued them on just enough too high for the edge to show through the cloth. The customer called me to come and repair them so the line didn't show. Just wondered, what creative ideas some...

    Jet drum (thickness) sander

I was at Carolina Custom's shop a couple of weeks ago and saw they had a small Jet bench top drum sander. Anyone here have one in your shop and what are some of the uses for it. They are a lil pricey but seem like they would be great for getting your inlay strips to exact size/thickness for trim...

    Staple Gun

We use the Duo-Fast electric but they also have a really powerful and light weight pneumatic model too. (though pretty pricey) My first electric Duo lasted 10 yrs before the first rebuild. We keep all the spare parts. They are simple to rebuild right on the jobsight if you have problems.

    used olhausen 1996 model

IMO.......bondo is for cars, NOT for pool tables. Nothing but unnessary aggravation on a pool table. Beeswax works great when used properly. I've used it for almost 20 yrs with no problem.

WTB: Jet model 10-20 drum sander

Yes, Performax will do fine too if someone has one. Actually that's what they have at Carolina Custom now that I think about it. Just need something small (bench top) that sands down to 1/32" preferrably.
