Hammer drill and a couple of drop in anchors like these: http://www.itw-redhead.com/multi_prod01.asp You can screw an eye bolt right in to the anchor, a 1/4X20 anchor would be fine. Use a good SDS type rotary hammer drill and you'll only have to worry about the noise for a few seconds.

I'm assuming the Ti pin was 10 grams heavier than the G-10? Is there a comparison list somewhere of what each specific pin weighs?? Thanks!

Had good luck with the Spax screws from Menards in a pinch, pricey but pretty tuff screws. Also have only used #14's not sure about #16. They claim you don't need to pre-drill them but I always do.
