I would contact Ebay and explain it to them. I had a similiar situation a few years back and they took all the sellers auctions down and removed them as a seller on Ebay. No way to tell if they just set up another account and started selling again, but atleast they had some hassle after screwing me.

It would depend on the player. but my answer is YES. $20 to play a top pro for 2-3hrs is a no brainer, especially if I would get some tips and pointers from them either during or right after playing.
