Hello folks, Just curious (as usual)... Which automotive clear is your preference and how many coats do you apply? I paint cars daily and have experimented with dozens of brands. And after several thousands, i've chosen a clear that's very consistant, high gloss, easy to buff and cost...

Good thread. When i'm on tilt (which is usually) it's very difficult no matter what i try. Breathing, pacing, relaxing, shooting even faster, etc. It could be any method or adjustment that helps for that given night. I usually play better players even and so i know my chances off the bat...

Hello all, I have a 1939 Luger pistol with holster and open to a tpossible trade for a cue of similar value. I know very little about guns and just a bit more about cues. But i was told the value is around $1000 +/-. Pic: (all matching numbers) Not really into guns except for the HVLP type. :)

Agreed with LWW. For the most part, serious gamblers are loosers. IMO. However, betting "big" every now and then is very fun, provided one is in control of his finances. And has a firm grasp on reality. Ok, i can see the flames coming... Flame on! :)

Good thread. I no longer practice alone as much but rather practice when i'm gambling (friendly $10/$20 a set). Lately, instead of trying to just runout and beat my opponent, i focus on my stroke, aim, and pacing (rhythm). And when i "feel" that "choke/stroke/poke" comin' on, i get up and...

Curly (tiger) maple "stripes" run perpendicular to the cue and to me it's not as "pleasing" as BEM that has no direction. If that makes any sense... :)

Well, when i'm shooting good it doesn't matter too much what i shoot with. My no-name 50 dollar cue hits fine... :)
