This is a brand new cue, so I doubt it has been glued. Maybe the very fine threads were stripped when it was first installed. Manufacturer asked for a video, but I don't see why that would be necessary. I have another Becue which works fine. -dj

Hi, just need some guidance on this one. I have a new Becue and I cannot remove the butt assembly to install the weight bolts. It uses a 6mm hex key and no amount of pressure I apply will turn it counter clockwise for removal. Is this something a local cuemaker would have the tools to fix...

Play 14.1 instead, as suggested by others. Set up a break shot, break up the pack and see how many balls you can run. Much more fun than being frustrated after the break. Lots of 14.1 videos of pros on youtube. Best game to practice by yourself. -dj

Remember that running out is not as important as winning the game. You just spent $12K on a new table, I have a feeling you will be disappointed. Play the ghost and give yourself ball in hand after the break. -dj

So just wait until they call you. You could check in with them for an update in 3 months or so. You call in three weeks, they may work on your table more slowly. Don't bother them. -dj
