I think the backers are ready to get back in the box more quickly than Shane, but both are willing. It will require a few adjustments. Probably won’t be in Fedor’s home on his home table. I’m not sure what adjustments favor Shane over Fedor but maybe, triangle rack, Rasson table, looser pockets...

I agree. The quality of the “decorative“ parts and joint work make me think of a talented local guy, with some experience, trying his hand at cue making. If we know the region where the cue was made or even purchased, it might help.
