haha nice one, let me rephrase that. 99% unlikely for your woods to even move after finishing pass.
could probably do a start to finish pass in one sitting. will remain dead straight for a life time probably.
That's great thanks for the insight as always, looking forward to more of your posts here on azb hopefully. I have some 'cuecaps' in the making rn too ;) would like to hear your opinions when im done
Hi Alton, revisiting an old post of mine, finally got what you meant by A -axis sub after trying it out my own. How do you overcome not inlaying the full depth? been wondering about this for awhile..
Thanks for the input guys, and no please do not confuse this with a burl, i am NOT using a BURL.
that being said, the piece i have is not highly figured, but there are some curls.
Hi, just wondering what the stability in terms of warpage would be for redwood?
is there anything special with the hit of an uncored Redwood forearm?
Weight concerns aside, would you core or not? thank you.
Thank you so much, this was a great help. since it's like standard SS collars, i guess i could cut the pin off and drill thru the top cap of the collar..
Thank you for the picture, do you perhaps have the pics on the internal cap?
a customer wants to have the pin replaced, i'd figure it will be easier to remove the whole joint that try to cut off the pin and reuse the joint..
