Are there any wrap replacing attachment on these lathe?

I noticed that people tends to look for shafts over 4oz around here. I also heard claims that heavier shafts are better. What is the rational behind it? Burton Spain built his cues with the screw pins on the shaft side. Is there any benefit from doing so? Those shaft will certainly be heavy!

Are they low deflection shafts? I was thinking of getting a Jump break cue made with it. But if they are then i think they are not going to be able to do any jumping. Just like a pred shaft. Has anyone tried before?

I use paypal to pay for or receive payment for everything I buy or sell. Usually buy. But since my paypal is kind of stuck for a while, i was thinking what are the alternatives? Is there an exorbitant bank charge for direct bank transfer? Is there a minimum? making small payments not worth it...
