    Jam up apparel

That flag one is awesome. I'm a gun guy and there are so many cool gun shirts and hats. Pool stuff like Hustlin has never done it for me, but I dig these.

    Justin Bergmans playing shaft

Sounds like it is mostly used in building guitars. Not sure what benefit it offers to a pool cue. https://reverb.com/news/are-torrefied-tops-the-new-industry-standard-dana-bourgeois-weighs-in

    Sigel vs Strickland

Yep Earl has a run of over 400 in 14.1. Only a handful of guys in history can claim that even if he wasn't a straight pool player like Sigel was.

    Sigel vs Strickland

I like Earl in this just because he has been playing and competing more.

    Cue extensions

I have the Pechauer extension and even with the cost I'm extremely happy with it. IMO it's the perfect size. So many extensions were too long or short for me. It's quick on and off if you don't want to play with it on all the time, but fits snugly if you do. It's very durable and light weight so...

What does the one pocket at DCC look like now?

I like Berg and Shannon so hard to pick a favorite there, but a true semi-final with no bye would be nice.

    Sigel vs Strickland

Yeah 1986 Sigel ain't walking through that door, but as you say he still has game for sure.

    Derby City Classic One Pocket

I would say Tony is one of the top 1p players in the entire field.

AudioVideo Web on Mobile Displaying File Not Found

I was wondering if any of you have had this issue and how to fix it if so. Whenever I log in to view one of my streams on my Android phone in AV Web I hit launch player and when the player comes up I hit play, and the first several times I do it I get an error message saying "file not found"...

Straight Pool Challenge High Run Updates?

He played with the first wound ball, the Haskell, but it's less clear what size ball he played with on the regular (at least from my google searches). I can tell you the 1.62 diameter ball was popular over seas especially, as someone mentioned for links golf, because it was heavier for it's...

What does the one pocket at DCC look like now?

He runs his tour (I think the GSBT is still around) and I heard him say on the stream the other night that he's a dad now, but you better believe that when the Derby rolls around you're going to see Shannon's name on the board deep into the one pocket, banks or both.

    Derby City Classic One Pocket

If they could have kept playing 1 pocket rounds last night Busty probably would have won the tournament. He was absolutely on fire. Those are some tough competitors left (the cream always rises at the Derby even with the unusual format), but I like Busty's chances.

    Derby City Classic One Pocket

Wow Bustamante is really playing. He just beat Bergman 3-0 after beating Josh Roberts 3-0. I didn't see the Roberts match, but in the match against Bergman Busty didn't make a single mistake and executed every shot perfectly. Bergman really didn't play bad just never had a chance.

    How hard is pool ?

I was much better at golf compared to then general population than I have ever been at pool compared to the general population so that's not the case for me. However, I will say once you get to a certain level pool is easier to maintain your speed and rust comes off fast. At golf you have to...

    How hard is pool ?

It's all about perspective in golf vs pool. It's much easier to take up pool and start playing vs golf. Almost anyone with 2 minutes of instruction from even a more experienced casual player can make a straight in ball or easy cut shot. Making contact with the ball and getting it airborne in...

how are ya'll doing in league ?

One thing I should add. In our Valley league we take pictures of our score sheets and email them to the league manager. We still drop off the paper copies with the money, but taking a picture gets our stats updated much faster. APA is still done the dinosaur way. I can't believe they don't...

    How hard is pool ?

And that doesn't even include all of the tactics and strategy you need to learn to play the game really well, or the one off shots that come up, or correct patterns, etc. That's what I always said made pool difficult. For example if you play golf and you get a good swing grooved and hit it...

    Earl/Efren World Championship

Yeah I admittedly undersold his skills on commentary. He was far better than his counterpart who was allegedly a professional broadcaster. Live TV is difficult for even seasoned actors and hosts. Buddy tackled it no sweat. His element is pool and it just came naturally. He was even smooth at...

how are ya'll doing in league ?

Here in Indy it depends on what league you're in and where you play. If you play APA (the biggest league here) at some bars the score sheets will be there and they have drop boxes for the envelopes. Usually that is at places where multiple teams play. If you're at a bar that only has one or two...
