    Old school/Traditional Cues

How many other folks like the look of 4 "sharp" points with bright veneers, steel joint, Crosses and Dots inlays, White delrin butt cap? For me personally it's mandatory....I've owned a bunch of different cues over the years, always this style...is it just me?...My current lineup....

    Butt lift @ Joint

Their are a few reasons i'm not that worried about this right now #1 I've already got about twice what this cue is worth in it, ....#2 It plays good like it is....I might look into a reface sometime if that's what it needs? Not ignoring it....i know the issue is there.

    Butt lift @ Joint

Hey hang on folks, I am in no way blaming Proficient Billiards for the issue with this cue, they are the best in the business, they work with what you send them....I should have checked it before i sent it for finish work.

    Butt lift @ Joint

When it's rolled together with either shaft, it raises and drops at the joint...not all that much but you can see it,both shafts are strait, I assume if you are looking/aiming down a strait shaft, the lift has no affect on the cue ball? Like i said before... it's in my head that it's there...

    Butt lift @ Joint

Good advice, my main cue is a dead strait Scruggs sneaky so thats my go to, The Adam is what it is....do wish now i didn't drop so much $$ in it, I've always done well on reselling cues, gonna take a hit if i ever sell that one..

    Butt lift @ Joint

So i bought this old (early 70's) Adam cue off the bay....for more $$ than i really wanted to spend on an old Adam, but i liked it, anyway....the same day it got delivered i looked it over, boxed it back up and sent it to Scot @ Proficient billiards for a refinish, replace butt cap,re-wrap...
