If I were you I would try the Lambros Cue they play amazing (Espically with the Ultra Joint) I have a couple of his cues and they play great

I feel that if you buy a lambros cue you will LOVE the hit and the ultra joint is amazing.

I am not saying that your friends in-expensive cue is no good. But I own an X-Breaker and it is unbeliveable how it just CRUSHES the Balls. In my opinion it is well worth the extra money to buy the QUALITY X-Breaker. I used to own a Fury Jump Break but sold it and bought my X-BRAKER.
