The seller said he only extended the rails. He didn't do any changes in bevel. Does it look like the bevel was changed? If so, it would have been done by the previous owner. Anyway, the distance from nose to edge of formica is 2 1/8". Here's a photo of a ball beside a rail:

I have a similar question. Are there any cushions out there with an exact or at least "close enough as to not trap balls" profile shape match to the *original* Brunswick Super Speed cushions so that they fit a Gold Crown I without subrail revisions?
