I have the ICA system and love it. If you're just using it like you would use donuts you'd be missing the point. There are some great specialized drills - such as the safety drills. It's been an immense help to me. :)

I just wanted to post a follow up and say that I went with Robin Dryer and I couldn't be happier. He's very knowledgeable and patient, and he has built a training program that is logical and progressive; I am improving every week. I recommend him without hesitation.
