    Gold crown vs amf

Not sure which year it was however, this actually happened at the annual BCA Tradeshow in about 1988 - 90. It was the year AMF introduced the Grand Prix, which smacked of the G.C. so much so that Brunswick took a peak under the table and saw a Brunswick sticker or plate on the frame. AMF was...

ABIA - what do you think?

My 2 cents; If I were on that list, I'd seriously consider disassociating myself from that organization. (which I did long ago) Good concept....total wreck of a presentation! Thanks for posting your letter Mr. Bond! Reps to ya!

Just WHO is this ABIA thing

Rick - I think they were taking some flack from customers and decided to bow out. When asked who the heck this "certification body" was, they couldn't produce a concrete answer and chose to separate themselves. Probably for the best!

    US Amateur Championship- Tampa

Must not have been Kristin Malone from Atlanta then because the girl that won in Charlotte had pretty dark hair.....definitely not blond!

Nope, he did not make it. One more is a guy from Charlotte.....Dave (don't know his last name) and I didn't hear who the 5th was.

Have You Had Experience with Diand Rail Rubber?

SUGGESTION: Might want to do a little forum research before asking Glen that question  This thread just might get to be on the entertaining side

Unresponsive rails on a GC III

I've never seen Super Speeds last 20 years to begin with. Had them fail with in a year right off the shelf. (no idea how long they were on the shelf but.....) I agree with Jack to change them out and do subrail extensions. Artemis Intercontinental No. 55 cushions are the best....and most...

Mercury Ultra vs. Tour Edition cloth?

I'm with Donny on this one. I like the Tour Edition enough that I used it on my own 9' table. Still have it on and it's wearing great after about two years of daily use. I tried the new "Pro Form" worsted cloth a couple weeks ago on a regular customers 9' table and he seems to like it over...

    Rail profile

Does it currently have the Super Speeds on it? Although I've never seen a Centurion, I can't imagine Brunswick putting anything but SuperSpeeds on one of their commercial style tables. Someone that knows that model will chime in and confirm but I'd say yes, the Diamond blacks would work just...

    MY "Ultimate" rail tooling...LOL

Glen - that is just as clean as it comes. Perhaps there IS some merit to this "King" thang  Any chance you'll be making an East coast swing? I will be in LA the first week of April. Got any jobs in that area??? Hate to ditch my family at Disney but it would be worth it to see...

Designed, Engineered and Built in America....Yeah Right!

Those sneaky basturds! We used to butt heads selling against the likes of Lighthouse locations all over NE Ohio. They promoted themselves as being made right there in Brunswick, OH. I thought it was funny that when they sold tables to Exectives in the area, they called the company I...

Designed, Engineered and Built in America....Yeah Right!

Pat - when did American Heritage start importing? I used to live in Streetsboro, OH in the late 90's (left in 2000) and at that time, they were made in Brunswick, OH. I was in their mfg facility there and then after I left Ohio, heard they moved at least part of their offices to Streetsboro...
