Ok, I promised you a little review - so there it is: Prologue: Its true what some people say: You don't find the cue of your dreams, it finds you! I really (!) didn't plan to buy a new cue, but when I saw it, all resistance was futile! I just had to have it! I longingly stared at those pictures...

It's really sad what happened here! Especially since DoubleDave himself is one of the best traders you can possibly imagine! Mein herzliches Beileid!

@mrmyst sorry to disappoint you, but the shaft that comes with my cue is black hornbeam / laminated maple! but i'll write a review anyway!

wow!!! even the space behind the pockets is heavily tooled!!! that's just sick!!! if i could afford it, i would instantly buy it!!! you can search for such a case in europe, but you wont find one :D

i would have tried to fade it more like a rainbow - using the hues inbetween black and brown black - very dark brown - dark brown - brown - natural but of couse that would have been a lot of work :D

i don't think that you'll get too much for it... i would rather keep it, it's always good to have a backup shaft!

what materials is the first cue made of? did you use stains, or is it all natural? btw, did i mention it looks FANTASTIC? i think, i did :p
