Not so. I just want to out him for his failure to take any responsibility for the damage done to the cue in the way he packed and shipped a beautiful and expensive cue back to me. His failure to even communicate kind of sealed the deal for me and caused me to post about this experience.

You left out the most important part Steve. The cue was seriously damaged between the time Yates received it and it got back to me. I got back damaged goods! You wouldn't like it either if that happened to you.

I want to thank Mensabum for bailing me out on this cue deal gone wrong. He offered to buy the damaged cue from me for a reduced price just so I didn't have to deal with it. He did not need the cue, just felt like it would help me forget about how angry I was. He was right, so thanks buddy!

I’ve tried all that. He went dark on me when I showed him the pics of the damaged cue. Must not have taken out any insurance. He KNOWS he is responsible! The PayPal resolution center will not accept any communication from me. They consider the case closed.
