Very nice choices.. but just a "bit" more expensive than the $10-$20 ones =) I have a beautiful Mitutoyo dial caliper, but had to get a cheapo digital because I was tired of having to convert everything from standard to metric. I've found that the cheapo digital is within 1/100mm or so...

It's too bad the Office Depot no longer has their own name brand digital scale. I got one of those for under $20, and it has an 11 pound capacity, and shows in ounces or grams.. close within a tenth of an ounce. I tried to find something similar on eBay, but didn't see it. Phade.. try to get...

If you wait for the next ad from Harbor Freight, they're always selling their digital calipers for under $10. Same as all the ones on the bay, but no waiting 2 weeks for delivery. Chris

Photo Description :: How to attach pictures easily via Photobucket ?

Very well done, Jive!! I have started to just attach mine from my desktop, but I have an image resizing program that makes it faster for me to do it that way than uploading to photobucket. But, you have made it so all users can go step by step and upload their pictures. Just a note to...

    Tascarella Hoppe

Beautiful offering. And as you say, less than the price to buy the same cue now.. and wait 3-4 years to have it made. I'd be surprised if this lasts past the end of the day. Chris

    Tubes and Protection

I was (I know you know, Chris, but just for others) just playing. I have used Devilish since the days of Bulletin Boards Systems (prior to AOL.. yes, I'm old), and the reason I switched to CMDevilish was due to others using Devilish. And I have done the same thing as you, Chris.. added number...

    Tubes and Protection

I guess it's a good thing I didn't use my usual screen name when I started here.. instead of Devilish, it's usually, "CMDevilish", which gets me called CMD a lot. When I saw your screen the first time, I was thinking "What the hell??" =) And, of course, both of our first names are Chris, so I...

    Coll cue, by Coll Cues

I'll try and get some decent light and take some more. As the only one I have is the first, that's the only one I can get better pictures of. I'm trying to get Carlos to send me better pictures of his other cues as well. Chris

    Coll cue, by Coll Cues

Here is a beautiful cue from a Southern California cue maker that I just became aware of. His name is Carlos Coll, and he's been making cues for close to 10 years. Even though I tried to capture the tiny details in my pics, I think I failed. So, here a description: 4 point, 4 veneer, with...

    stick and case 1000.00

I damned near fell out of my chair when I read that one, Ron =) Too bad all he's been "selling" is Mezz and McDermott he edited his post for. I guess we're all supposed to know who "Pat" is, and which thread he managed to get pictures up in. Chris

    stick and case 1000.00

He's not buying.. he's selling. I just read every one of his posts, and he has posted nothing but offers to sell (pretty much anything, by anyone, at a price that is sometimes too good to be true). Has sold diddly so far. Chris

    stick and case 1000.00

Did you just look at them, or read them? He was selling in the 3 I read, and in one made a comment that he was a dealer. In another, he states he has a cue for $700, and a case for $300. So, I believe he truly IS trying to sell a cue and case with his amazing lack of information. Chris
