Yeah, Its APA 9 ball. I absolutely refuse to lose now that they have those ridiculous "I beat a 9" patches. :thumbup: My break was working last night. 9 ball is a whole lot easier when you are making a ball on the break and getting a shot on the one almost every rack.

Time to share! I had a killer night at 9 ball league last night. My opponent scratched on the break then I did the following: Ran that rack Broke and Ran Broke and Ran Broke and Ran Broke and Ran My inning finally ended with a dry break! In total it was a 45 ball run. Awesome night...

I watched the first few racks and it was a dueling-dog-fest from both of em. Im glad Jasmin picked it up a bit and won.

If hes getting the 7 ball, I dont think he really cares who, IMO. This wins the prize for most confusing thread of the week.

I havent been to vegas since 2001. We got 19th, a fair showing. Unfortunately, All the dumping, or should i say, "handicap management" needed to compete at that level in the APA really left a foul taste in my mouth. I can vivdly remember one match, I was a 5 playing another 5. I won the match...

I guess you could look at it that way, but with a LD shaft and a softer tip jumping is damn difficult. I can do the partial ball jumps, but full balls are out of the question. For me at least. IMO they should allow jump cues. If you can use it properly, good for you. The APA adjusts the rules...

I wil have to get this clarified in my league. Two sessions ago they said that you can switch cues to jump, but the jump must be made with a full length cue. I have -0- issues jumping with the full length break cue (given the cue ball isnt too close to the object ball.) Last session I was told...

I had the pleasure of watching Ronnie Wiseman and Dan Lavoie (HammerHeads Owner) match up in some 1 pocket last night. Im not sure how they ended up, but it looked like they were going back and fourth most of the night. I "think" Ronnie was spotting Dan a ball or two. I didnt want to bother...

Bingo. Shorter, focused, sessions will help you keep your sanity and will give you better results. Running a drill hours and hours and hours and hours isnt going to do you any good if you aren't tuned in.

I might play for 20 against anyone anywhere. 20k with Rodney Morris is a different story entirely! Im glad they straightened out a game. Im excited to catch some of it.
