Keith made this from an old Duffy blank. It looks to be alves into straight maple. The condition is like new, it's only been test hit. Both pieces are straight. Total weight is about 18.5, the shaft is 4 oz. The butt is tapped for a weight bolt. Very solid hitter. Deal pending....

Howard full splice.... bocote into cocobolo. Points aren't perfect but the cue is still in good shape. Shafts are 13.17 mm @3.6 oz, total weight is about 20.7 oz. Best I can tell all pieces are straight. LBM ferrules, mild dud on one, some sort of layered tip on the other. Nice ringwork. 3/8 11...

My suggestion would be to figure out where you want your cue to balance as well. I tend to pay more attention to how my cue feels in my hands than how much it weighs. You might want to explore using different woods in the nose of the cue as well, as that will change where your cue balances. Hope...
