Capito has always been a stand up guy. It’s BS to say he knew he fouled. If he didn’t call it on himself, it’s only because he wasn’t sure. Apparently it wasn’t as obvious as some people are making it out to be since it got ruled as a good hit. Mistakes happen, but questioning his integrity...
Maybe not a "play" thing, but a pool thing that irritates me is the amount of people who claim to be a "world champion" nowadays. The person who is an APA3 on the team that wins in Vegas and now they're out there calling themselves a world champion.
My answer is simple. And this applies to literally everything in life. I will lean towards the mountain of data every time rather than the person who only uses their own personal "experience".
Can y'all post big regional or pro tournaments in your areas for October? I would like to head out of town for a few days and play a big event. Let me know! :)
I'd play anyone in the world even at whatever game they wanted if they played the way you described with a broom stick. If I somehow lost, I'd pay off with a smile because it would be that impressive to me.
Pinching is fairly common, but you're right about flat. Basically the opposite of "steep". Steep meaning a thinner cut than you wanted and flat meaning not as much angle as you wanted.
Maybe. I heard several mentions of how exhausted some of the players were after playing the Florida Open, BotB, and then straight to the Open. Certainly looks like Sky was pretty exhausted during his first loss.
No advantages? Most of them had a day off to rest. And they're also guaranteed to draw a player in the round of 64 who did not have that luxury. I'd call that an advantage.
