Probably an early production cue, can't remember any custom cuemakers who use 5/16" 18 joint.

I'd like to know which period was this Schon made and what kind of joint is it, can a current 5/16x14 schon shaft fit it ? The joint looks a little different from the current Schon joint. Can the weight be adjusted? What's the current market value for it ? Please see the pictures below. Thanks.
