You will never see a glue line on a tasc shaft. In fact, I've never seen a tasc that wasn't built 100% perfect. There are none better.

Yes, granted, they have an opportunity to make the 9 on the break, but that probability is likely close to the better player / breaker leaving them a quick combo or billiard on the 9 after their break. In short, no help to them.

Agreed. My point was to show that to some extent, that metric (% of the time the breaker wins the rack) can be and is a skewed metric trying to assess the value of the break.
