A friend of mine had his Revo with a BVP modified to have WVP, he says he cant see the tip of the cue when playing. I have both WVP and BVP and to me the color does not affect my game...

I asked a machine shop with a lathe to cut a house cue in two and install a pin and insert and viola, I have a sneaky pete. In your case, you would need to taper the blank, install a pin and refinish the cue and match it exactly to the dimensions of your shaft

If the cue is a collectible as it is, then, keep it as is, if not, then convert

Is this a good candidate for a conversion to a Uniloc joint?

Here you go. After a couple of year or so I got my cue, Maple burl handle, which was purchased in 2023, Mallee burl I got in Australia in 2024.

Could have been glued. Once of my rubber bumpers was constantly getting loose so I used Elmers glue to "fix" it.

Thanks for the replies, I am not a cue maker, so I sent it off to have the pin pulled, bored, tapped and re-attach, cue is now perfectly straight
