Stuck Buttcap

Hi, just need some guidance on this one. I have a new Becue and I cannot remove the butt assembly to install the weight bolts. It uses a 6mm hex key and no amount of pressure I apply will turn it counter clockwise for removal. Is this something a local cuemaker would have the tools to fix?

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Could have been glued. Once of my rubber bumpers was constantly getting loose so I used Elmers glue to "fix" it.

What did the manufacturer say?
This is a brand new cue, so I doubt it has been glued. Maybe the very fine threads were stripped when it was first installed.
Manufacturer asked for a video, but I don't see why that would be necessary. I have another Becue which works fine.

Turns out I just needed someone stronger, my local cue guy just twisted it out while I held the cue. My small hands were just too weak, a little embarrassing!

That's funny, reminds me of a time back in the late 70's or early 80's. I used to do a lot of long range target shooting and was having trouble clearly seeing the holes in the target so I went to this sporting goods place and picked up a spotting scope. I get to the shooting range and go to unscrew the front lens cap and it wouldn't budge. Back to the store with my new scope and the girl behind the counter, after listening to me say the cap wouldn't come off, picks it up and just easily twisted it off. Then she just stands there looking at me with this big grin on her face and says, so you couldn't unscrew it? I felt like a fool.
