I've got a G-Core I don't use if you're still looking. Came with the Stinger Break cue combo I purchased few years ago. Already sold the Stinger and never used the G-Core. Probably has 4 hours of play on it. Some dings, nothing major.

I'm having pretty good luck by making my own wood molds, and forming 3/32 ABS sheets with a heat gun. Tedious but cheaper than commercial molds and high volume costs.
